Melia Goodenow is the co-founder and president of Hawaiian Rainforest Naturals, Inc., a family-owned wellness company rooted in the sacred rainforests of Hawaiʻi. Raised in the rich traditions of Hawaiian spirituality and healing, Melia is a flower essence practitioner, lomilomi massage therapist, and a dedicated teacher of laʻau lapaʻau (Hawaiian herbal medicine), ho'oponopono, and hula. For over 25 years, Melia and her mother, Joy Johnson, have handcrafted Hawaiian flower essences and natural body care treatments using wisdom passed down by Kahuna Laʻau Lapaʻau and other native plant medicine healers. Their mission is to help individuals restore pono—a deep sense of harmony and balance—through the healing energy of Hawaiʻi’s plants. Melia continues to share her passion and knowledge through classes, workshops, and practitioner training programs, guiding others on their personal paths to emotional wellness, spiritual connection, and natural healing.
